The Paris Photo Workshops, DSC, its staff, and associates are not responsible for loss or injuries resulting from a participants carelessness, or loss or damage to person(s), personal property before, during, or after the course or workshop being attended. This includes any and all damage to person(s) or property due to accidents, civil disturbances or terrorism, strikes, demonstrations, delays or changes in itinerary, transportation delays, accommodation, meals, illness, expenses or theft.   I agree to give my permission to have a photograph of myself used in any promotional or advertising material for the Paris Photo Workshops, which may include my name.   Any participation in an illegal event or transaction during the workshop gives just cause to immediately terminate the workshop with no refund(s) concerning fees or deposits already paid or owed.   A deposit for a workshop or course offered by The Paris Photo Workshops and DSC means the depositor has read the above agreement and agrees to be bound by it's terms and conditions. Please sign and return with your deposit or entire fee.
